My wrist seems to be healing better then what I thought it would. The swelling has gone done quite a bit, the blisters are gone, and the incision is healing nicely. I go back to the surgeon on the 29th for a checkup. I have been trying to workout the best I can. Of course I can't do floor exercises or use weights yet, but I have been doing squats, calf raises, and I've been doing shadow boxing. Hopefully the doctor will give me some exercises to do with my hurt wrist so I can start regaining full use out of it. He may even send me to physical therapy for it.
