For The Falcons BLC, we were asked to blog about our fitness test. Here we go!
Pushups - wall - 41 in 1 minute.
Crunches - modified(in chair) - 37 in 1 minute
Lunges - forward - 32 in 1 minute
Bicep Curls - 5 lb. hand weights - 45 in 1 minute
Squats - regular - 29 in 1 minute
Plank - modified (on wall) - 39 seconds
Except for the plank (pitiful), I'm pleased with my results.
