Fitness Test July 18, 2013

For The Falcons BLC, we were asked to blog about our fitness test. Here we go!

Pushups - wall - 41 in 1 minute.
Crunches - modified(in chair) - 37 in 1 minute
Lunges - forward - 32 in 1 minute
Bicep Curls - 5 lb. hand weights - 45 in 1 minute
Squats - regular - 29 in 1 minute
Plank - modified (on wall) - 39 seconds

Except for the plank (pitiful), I'm pleased with my results.

I must confess, these are my first fitness test numbers. I neglected to do them at the beginning, but now I have something to compare them to at the end!!
