So I have lost 1.6 lbs this week and it is a miracle because the heat has made it more difficult to push the exercise- I am walking every day but not as fast as I could if the heat was a bit less... but you can't tell it by the moisture running off at the end of the workout- water, water, water is my friend..
my eating has been lighter also- a lot of veggies and fruit- I need to make sure I am getting enough protein as I just don't feel like heating up the house to cook it- even if it is just a skillet to stir fry some slices- I think I am going to get some tuna and cook that and just slice off of it...that is just fine cold...
But the biggest joy is 1.5 inches came off my waist... and .5 inches off the rest of me... I am happy with that- a total of 2.75 inches lost this week. So the tape measure and the scale were both good to me this week...sooooo
I am going to keep on
then I am going to eat
and also keep up my
gaining support from my SP buddies
so that I can be happy when I step on the next week.. and see a bit less of me...
