I wish the heat wave would just break... It's 88 out, but feels like 99. Blah... too hot. It wouldn't be TOO bad if the humidity just went down....
Anyways.. I am back on track this morning. Had some peanut butter toast for breakfast and have been drinking water since I got up.
My goals for today:
Stay within calorie range
WALK despite the heat
I am determined to lose this weight this time around, so I am NOT giving up. Yesterday may have been horrible, but today is going to be AWESOME.
