Top shelf: fine grind white and yellow corn meal, fat free devil's food cookies, unbleached flour, raw sugar.

Middle shelf: 8 containers of dried hot peppers, self-rising flour, a variety of whole wheat & multi-grain pastas, Spanish & Italian EVOO, Bisquick heart healthy mix, fat free snacks, coarse grind yellow corn meal.

Bottom shelf: variety of canned tomato products (NO stewed tomato's!!), variety of canned legumes, variety of bottled honey's, variety of brown rice, variety of dried legumes, whole-wheat baking flour, variety of breakfast cereals, variety of vinegar's, variety of olive oil's, jars of wild mushrooms.

Response: I wrote this blog and the last one for Accountability. Everything I've read on SP says that real weight loss/health must begin in the kitchen. Toss out, give away all the crap foods we know are not going to help us reach our goals. And replace them with the foods that will.
