summer living

Thursday, July 18, 2013

My flowers this year are amazing. I am going to ask my daughter if I can borrow her camera and get some photos on here.
The vegetable garden is different this year hardly any zucchini I have been eating them as fast as they come. Most years I cant ever keep up with them, also lots and lots of cucumbers this year. I am making pitcher after pitcher of cuke and ginger water. So I am doing very well on my water intake.
It is so hot I have been grouping all my clients into 3 or 4 days so I can have some days to just stay home, I have been getting a lot of deep cleaning done. I feel very happy when my house is so clean. I keep the house nice and cool and only venture out after 4 when it starts to cool down. It is even too hot for the beach.
I skipped yoga class and meeting my trainer this week because of the heat. But I am burning major calories with the cleaning.
My weight is hanging anywhere from 160 to 164. I am having a wonderful summer so I as long as I weigh myself every morning and do not go over 164 I am happy for now.
Hope everyone is enjoying summer :)

I love fresh cucumbers and small zucchini. It's so hot here. I'm spending a lot of time inside cleaning too.
