    Are you measuring with more than your eyeballs??

You had made a comment once on a blog about my nutrition tracker and smaller portions. I really started measuring things better, increasing some things and decreasing others. You may need to do this.

Eat more veggies. Weigh your meat. Drink your water! Stay cool!
