Well , looks like I haven't blogged since May 9. After reading today's coaching session it seems like it is time to start again.
I have been consistent with my cardio exercise for several years but I haven't given enough attention to weight training and calorie intake. Sunday I strained my calf muscle in a spinning class. The next day it felt better so I went to class and did okay.
Tuesday evening went to another class, it felt good during the class but as I walked out of the gym I could feel that pain.
This may a blessing in disguise , I plan to focus on calorie intake this week and starting an upper body work out plan. I will limit my cardio to walking as tolerated.
And I will blog at least 3 times a week
