14/21: Just do it!!!

Wow seven days left and my 21 days will be done. I have to tell ya I've never completed anything that I've begun. I started this journey to lose weight back in 2008 and I've yet to reach goal. Now that is not to say I've not come close but we all know close only counts in horseshoes and hand granades so I have yet to succeed. Or finish. But i'm seeing this through. I have blogged each day, I've eaten better, moved more, and tracked. Wow lessons learned for sure.

Well weight wise I may not be much closer after this but mentally i'm getting there. I'm liking the new mindset for sure and i'm actually planning and thinking about what i'm eating. I've end gone over on occasion and then worked it out to even the score so to speak. Just because we have a bad moment doesn't mean we have to have a bad day. So as I begin this last seven days I have to tell ya i'm pumped to JUST DO IT like Nike says and get this finished and move forward to my next lose the rest of this weight once and for all.

    I tend to quit before I finish also and this is inspiring! The best thing is that when we DO complete goals(even small ones) it makes us feel stronger and able to accomplish other goals. Great job!
