It's been a lousy few days again I haven't made time for much exercise but I believe my bicycling everywhere is a saving grace towards moving my body on a daily basis. My eating habits were pretty good today except for the kinda big snack of Oreos I had. My past two days were Oreo days as well. I made a mistake when I went to Costco the other day in buying a bulk box of Oreos. I would throw them out since they keep calling my name but my hubby wants to eat them in his slow gradual way haha so they are out of my view now and hopefully will stay away from me from now on :D I was suppose to start my week 8 program today on running but it didn't work out so I am planning on doing it tomorrow after work :) strength training is lacking but I am going to pick up the slack on that. Ummm honestly not too much to say today but felt I should check in with a post and hope anyone who reads thus who also ate lots of what they probably shouldn't have knows that it's okay and as long as we have the determination to change the next time around it won't happen again ;D Have a wonderful night!

    Wannh wannh! I had a week like that too but like you I had some exercise throughout the week. Time to get serious chickadee - for both of us! Let's rock this coming week!

    Bicycling everywhere is exercise! You are moving and burning calories I am sure!
