End of Day 11- HORRIBLE

Thursday, July 18, 2013

Today was absolutely horrible. While I DID get outside for about an hour running around with my kids, the rest of the day was bad.

Lets start off with the fact that I went over calories by 1500 calories... because of popcorn and dairy queen. The rest of my eating was OK. I still measured EVERYTHING out for my meals and tracked every little bit... and I thought I was doing well. I took the kids to mcdonalds for a treat and instead of eating any, I came home and had a salad.

But then we went to go see Turbo. Here is where my mindless eating went... I ate almost a whole bag of medium popcorn without even thinking about it... I tried not to let it get to me because I had been good all day. So I came home, made dinner (tacos with ground turkey)... measured everything. Everything is great, right? Nope. We had DQ tonight. Its the first time we've gotten ice cream all summer. I automatically ordered my favorite.. the oreo brownie earthquake. I ATE IT ALL.

Ill tell you one thing though... never again. My stomach is NOT agreeing with that choice....

So, there ya have it. Horrible day. I am planning on walking the rest of the week no matter how hot it is so I can HOPEFULLY still have a loss. 3 days to work it off....

I plan on being strict the rest of the week. Im not going to give up like I usually do. No way, no how!

Well, I hope everyone else had a better day than me! Happy Losing Everyone! : )

And even though you had a bad day, you still tracked! I think that's important to do. Way to go!

O.K., you had a set back today, you've made some plans for dealing with it, now it's time to file 13 today. Tomorrow is a new start, a new beginning. We are on a journey; the good news is we don't have to be perfect, just willing to keep pushing forward. emoticon
