WATER AEROBICS 1

SO I have decided to go out in the backyard and do tai chi chah each morning on the video disk on my disk player. I have decided to read from the scriptures each day something.
I have decided to continue my 1 mile walk. I have decided to do water aerobics 3 to 4 times or more a week.... but I really think I need to be more honest about what I am eating or I would be loosing.

    I love water aerobics. I do better when I am tracking everything.

    I track everything I eat...even when I WAY over indulge. Don't like it, but it keeps me real.

    Yes, the tracking of calories eaten is what helps me...but I'm not always faithful to that.
I like to use Biblegateway.com for my Bible reading.
