Back on Track!

Today was good, I stayed within my cals and didn't get into anything with sugar! For some reason I veered off course and went through a short spell of craving sugar. But, that nonsense is over and I realized today that when I eat right I am not near as hungry as I was when I was allowing the bad stuff back in my diet. I ended up with a migraine too, which I know is from what I ate. It is a revelation...healthy eating means no horrible headaches and way less hunger, guess I learned a lesson!
