Start of new week

- lost two pounds
- can do at least three real push-ups at once. Might be more but because I discovered this by doing a new yoga flow, I am not sure how many I can actually do.
- ate pretty well, but i still have calories to eat for the day.
Not so good:
- meant to do both cardio and yoga today but only did yoga.
Goals for week:
- really only one and that is to step up fitness.
Goals for tomorrow:
- drink 8 glasses of water.
- do 20 minutes of circuit training.
