After a few days off with an abdominal pull, I am back to the Challenge!
Today I have broken up the exercises (50 sit-ups, 50 crunches, 30 leg raises (ouch) and a 38 sec plank into 4 sessions (except the plank).
The muscles are feeling pretty good. It hasn't hurt so I think I took enough time off. I still really hate the leg raises but I'm sure they are doing me good.
