Day 24 of the Spark Solution

Breakfast: Quick and Easy Granola with a fresh peach

Exercise: 60 minutes jogging, 30 minute walk to cool down

Lunch: cat wrap…cheese (swiss) avocado and tomato wrapped in a pita

Exercise: 90 minute walk during wrestling practice

Dinner: Tilapia with mango salsa, brown rice, broccoli

Exercise: Evening walk around neighborhood with hubby.

Snack: Peanut butter crackers with chocolate milk
