6 months since my last blog.

Well its been 6 months since my last blog.

And I've started logging my food again and sparking daily.

need some advice here from fellow sparkers..

how does one stop mindlessly eating when one is an emotional eater and has been for nearly 30 years??

Today I logged ALL my food did good and then after I had logged my dinner bc it was sitting there in the pan still I HAD to have some and I know I wasnt even hungry didnt even want it. In fact while taking it and shoving spoonfuls in my mouth I felt disgusting.
UGH.
Also am in need of walking/biking buddys who live in the buffalo/lackawanna area . preferrably females who are within the 26-35 age range no kids not married and are obese like I am.

    Do you have any hobbies? Maybe when you are feeling like "emotionally eating" or know your triggers, you can do something other than eat....good luck!

    How? You know how. When? set it as a priority. Most effective when you pre-plan the food and exercise in your tracker and then follow that plan. It also takes alot of the stress out of the equation. For me, the stress leads to the mind haggle and compromise on my program. Wishing you the very best results!

    It really helps me to pre-track all of my food for the entire day. That way I have planned out exactly what I'm going to eat and how much of it so I don't have to ever be faced with making a decision in the heat of them moment. The prospect of having to go back and change my tracking is usually enough to deter me from eating something I shouldn't. Usually...
