Well its been 6 months since my last blog.
And I've started logging my food again and sparking daily.
need some advice here from fellow sparkers..
how does one stop mindlessly eating when one is an emotional eater and has been for nearly 30 years??
Today I logged ALL my food did good and then after I had logged my dinner bc it was sitting there in the pan still I HAD to have some and I know I wasnt even hungry didnt even want it. In fact while taking it and shoving spoonfuls in my mouth I felt disgusting.
Also am in need of walking/biking buddys who live in the buffalo/lackawanna area . preferrably females who are within the 26-35 age range no kids not married and are obese like I am.
