Today was a long day and I had the chance but couldn't get my nap; just wasn't tired at the right time. So I got weighed this morning and the official loss for the past week is 9.8 pounds. Yippeee.
I am really tired so here's my menus for today and I'm about to catch some zzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
Medifast Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal - first time I had it and I did stomach it down but won't be reording.
Medifast Chocolate Caramel Bar - Love this one
Cream of Tomato soup and 1 slice of low fat swiss cheese to make a grilled cheese sandwich
7 oz of Shrimp
a handful of asparagus.
I have to eat something yet and hopefully I'll stay awake long enug to do it.
