Quite a week to tell you the truth. I hadn't quite gotten off my cloud for reaching 199 when I got on the scale this morning and (drum roll please), it sank to 198!

Talk about happy dance!
Then while going to the grocery stores, and reading labels, making healthy choices for me and my family - picking fresh fruits and veggies, and meal planning - I walked 3.34 miles (over 7000 steps).
I have cleaned off my air pop popcorn maker, as most of the commercial microwave brands have awful oils, soy, lecithin and eggs. I bought some fresh popping corn.
Tonight my husband and I prepared dinner, he cut the veggies and made the mashed potatoes, I grilled pork chops with onions using a tad of grape seed oil. A little salad on the side. My adult kiddos had some ice cream they said had "gone bad" because it had freezer burn. I scooped out the freezer burned stuff, and made them a milk shake.
Last night we got a watermelon and enjoyed that as an after dinner treat.
I am still cutting out caffeine, cut way back on sugar (just what is in my coffee). No eggs (allergy), cut out the soy (soy protein allergy I believe), eliminating chocolate out of my diet for the time being, and nuts, til my skin clears again, then I can test what is making me break out.
Oh, and by the way, I lost 3 more inches. So that is now 6 inches lost since March, and 7 lbs since March (14 lbs since December).
I am just so thrilled it is finally moving. My main exercise is walking. I am also using my hand weights while watching tv at night a little bit.
