Cravings, Sleepy, and Trying not to Cave

I had a really busy two days and all I want right now is to sit on my couch and eat all the comfort food I can take, particularly chocolate things.

I didn't get a very good workout yesterday and haven't worked out today either. My gym is actually at my office and right now we have a great deal of out-of-state employees in so the place is packed and has a lot of people just going in and out to see what it looks like (not working out) because it's pretty brand new. It's so hot outside that just going on a walk sounds like the worst idea in the whole wide world.

So here I sit. Just trying to figure out what to do with the rest of my night and fighting off some intense cravings. I'm not necessarily super tired in the true sense, more just like my brain is so done for the time being and exhausted from that.

I hope everyone else is having a better go of it tonight!

    i def had that moment this week myself. the heat has been to much here to and by the time i get home i just want to shower and crash. the great part about life...tomorrow is a new day and we will have bad ones every so often. brush it off and move on b/c we both know your not ganna stay there....

    I just barely escaped scarfing down some very questionable food yesterday (had missed lunch , and almost stopped for fried fast food- I was THIS CLOSE,) but managed to get home to fresh vegetables and fruit

    We all have days like that - maybe you could do a short video on days that you don't do a full workout. There are some pretty decent boot camp videos on SP that are only 10 minutes - it might make you feel better. Hope you get some relief from the heat soon! emoticon

    I am with you. This heat has taken its toll on me this week. I have not worked out for two days. The only bonus for me is I lack any kind of appetite during the heat. Just want to curl up in a fetal position.

Hang in there. Enjoy the rest day. Those killer workouts are coming with the cool down. If 75 is a cool down! ;)
