Evening workout and new calorie tracking

Tonight was my first night of working out at the gym with the new calorie/fitness system here on SP. I made an estimate based on an average night on the gym so that I wasn't left guessing on appropriate calories throughout the day, and instead of planning a post-gym snack, I left myself some calories that, even with some adjustment up or down based on my workout, would still leave enough for a decent snack.

That plan worked out surprisingly well. I was less than 50 calories off on my workout estimate and was able to easily pick a good snack with the calories I had remaining for the day. I'm feeling pretty good about replicating this in the future.
