This is so embarrassing really. I know better but I can't tell you why I did it...I have not been eating enough calories each day. So I am working out like crazy and of course my body says "not enough food...better hang on to the fat" and there I find myself in another plateau. I thought I learned this lesson a month or so ago, but here I am again. I guess it is my tendency and I will have to be watching for it in the future. I tend to save calories for the end of the day and then I end up not eating them -- ergo I don't get enough -- and thus a plateau instead of weight loss!
Frustration isn't the word for it! But today I was a good girl and have eaten 1300+ calories and that is within my range so hopefully I'll break that plateau in the next day or two. I am going to start consuming more calories for lunch and that may help with this problem as well. I will be more careful in the future!
Tomorrow will be better !
