Breakfast: Apple/Carrot Juice
Worked from 5-10:30
Snack: 2 bananas
Lunch:turkey bacon and a salad with cherry tomatoes and avocados
Dinner: Turkey Burger and fresh beans from the garden
I'm impressed. I came home from work today and decided to "put off" taking my nap. So I talked with DH about plans for the weekend, showered, made an important phone call that took almost 40 minutes, and still had energy so I did the dishes. I went to get my adjustment and electrotherapy at 3:45 then DH had dinner cooking already. Still feeling pretty good although I do notice that I have sort bursts of tiredness yet. It's pretty much a big thing for me not to take a nap during the day, in the past I just couldn't function without the nap. Maybe now I can actually accomplish things during the day like a normal person instead of a walking zombie.
Not sure what is on the agenda for this weekend yet besides stick to the whole 30 plan. Sometimes I become tempted to just have a bite or lick of ice cream or a treat but then I think of something to keep my mind busy instead. Its HARD to see others enjoying ice cream and cold pop on a hot day then again it's hard to be fat too. ha.
