I had a "rest" day at the pool, with a water aerobics class instead of a tabata class. That will be tomorrow again, as long as the storm that is thundering now is gone by 8:30 a.m. and I get up early enough to get there.
I've planned tomorrow's meals, pretty much copying today over, But I'm going to have the remainder of the spaghetti squash with my Vegetti Sauce.
I've realized that I prefer the older, bigger, more mature spaghetti squash over the early season, younger, smaller squash. The older spaghetti squash seem to always have some crunch, but the younger ones pretty much are mush. So if you have tried it, but didn't like it, try the opposite of what you didn't like. Smaller is more like white pasta. Larger is it's own entity, crunchy, accepting lots of flavors from your sauces.
