It's Wednesday!!!

So Wednesday means it is weigh in day for me. I am down another pound. Kind of disappointed because I FELT like I should have lost more. But I guess I can be happy with one, lol.

I am much more excited today that I made some new progress at the gym. I have never been able to use an elliptical trainer before due to my ailing knees. This week I started using one very slowly. Today I was able to clock in 9 minutes before I started to feel uncomfortable. And on top of that I clocked a 22 minute mile today as well. Yay!!

    I wanted to weigh in today. I have been using a scale at the mall since it seems more accurate than my home one. My friend and I both took turns using it, then got back on, and it was the same for both of us each time. It was raining so hard though, I stayed home and cleaned and cleaned.

    I did get on the home scale it had me at this week's goal but waiting to confirm it. I am hoping I lose more than a pound also.

    Great job on the improvement in your fitness. Here I can walk and walk but finding other cardio to be a real challenge. I think I am slowly improving though. I really want an elliptical machine but can't afford one.
