I have been putting off weighing myself because I knew I had gained some weight. For some reason I got up and got on the scale. 225. Last time I weighed myself I was at 218. 7 pounds in 6 months.
For dinner I had planned to make salmon patties with a orange ginger soy glaze with pasta carrots and snap peas. I think I might still fix this but reduce the amount of pasta, add more veggies, and make a salad.
This morning I spent an hour in the flower bed and plan to head back out in 30 mins or so for another couple hours before dinner.
Tomorrow Im going to get up early and start my plan. With that said I have to go to bed tonight at 9/9:30. I would like to start getting up at 5 to do my stretches and do a walk and fix breakfast for me and my aunt before she has to go to work. That is one of our problems, breakfast. She usually skips it or she may get a banana or cinna rolls from McDonalds. When I get up I usually wait a couple hours and around 10 eat something big and say its breakfast and lunch.
After she leaves Im going to clean up the kitchen and then do my Videos. I don't know how well Ill do because I al a little sore from this morning. Pulling out dead tree roots takes a lot out of you. Im going to do what I can but Im not going to force it. I have learned that lesson over and over again and I really need to listen to my body this time.
