I haven't written a blog in awhile. Thought I would write a short one.
Well, I went into my tracker and reset all my goals today. I have gained back some weight. It is my fault because I haven't really been trying like I was before. As of last friday7/12/2013, our stove went out. So I can only cook stuff in the microwave or the crock pot and so my choices have been limited. You don't really realize how much you can cook in an oven or a stove top when you don't have them. We are getting another but it will still be awhile until its installed. I have had to eat a lot of bread stuff and tv dinners. I have also gained a lot of water weight. For some reason the heat of summer makes me retain a lot of fluid. I have been drinking my 64 oz of water daily and thinking of adding another 8-16 oz to it. Been trying to change up my routine of exercise too. I am sure some of the weight gain is muscle too. So I am not really relying on the scale as much as I used to. I know that I have lost some inches.
Nothing else to report really. My daughter is getting ready to start high school next month. Yay!
