I have been having a hard time with finding my motivation. I am always tired. I never want to eat. When I eat healthy food I think they taste gross. I know I am not going to have a good day so I just give up easily. I wake up determined and give up so easily. I know that I want to do this but just don't have it in me. The kids and husband want to go on bike rides but with the humidity and hot weather I don't want to. I am looking for every excuse not to when I need to be finding every reason to do it.

    emoticon Take baby steps. Change just ONE thing at a time. Maybe exercise for 10 minutes or make sure you drink the recommended amount of water or whatever small goal you want to make. Once you are consistently doing that, add something else. Soon all those baby steps will add up and you'll start noticing changes. It's never easy to change all at once. At least this is what worked for me. Good luck!

  It sounds like your inner voice needs to think positive thoughts. You can do this. Just keep telling yourself this, and soon you will find that inner voice being more motivating.
