well I'm losing slowly but still haven't started my exercising again I need to and I know it but my pain makes me not want to do it they cut my pain killers and I'm in pain so much of the time but I've changed my eating and it seems to be helping a little bit but I really do need to get my but back to the gym

    Getting to the gym should not be first on your agenda. Painful exercise will not motivate you. Get your pain under control first. You can do this. emoticon

    Take your time and get your pain under control before jumping back into the gym.
