Good news! My Vitamin D is at 31 (25-78 is the healthy desired level) and my Vitamin B12 is 627 (213-816 is the healthy level).
I'm so relieved to hear this. I was concerned that my switching to a Vegan food plan would effect my levels but it's "all good". Interestingly enough, before I became a Vegan, my B12 was lower than it is now. I can only attribute that to the B12 supplement I take on a daily basis - that and the healthier veggies I've been eating.
The last time my Vit D was tested, it was 32. Not sure why that would have dropped. I need to step out into the sunshine a bit more.
So glad I can carry on with my cruelty free way of eating!!
