Today's question: What will it take for me to make exercise and eating right a top priority?

I never fully realize how little commitment I have to my own goals of more exercise and eating right until I started answering these questions. I made everything and everyone a priority and kinda just fit in my goals. I know I can't change overnight, but I will make changes using the S.M.A.R.T. approach. I will focus on one inconsistent area at a time with the goal of changing my behavior (replacing bad habits with better ones).

Specific goal: Consistent Exercise.

Measurable: Minimum total of 480 minutes of activity for 30 days.

Attainable: START the day with cardio cruiser and/or strength training. I can make sure I have the time in the morning by preparing my lunch/snack, setting up the coffee machine and laying out my clothes and accessories the night before. I have control of my morning (usually- it is later in the day that gets crazy!)

Relevant: Weight loss, toning and more positive outlook

Time bound: 7/15/2013 - 8/15/2013 - approximately 30 days

    If you have trouble, trying breaking it down a bit more. Perhaps weekly or daily.

15 minutes a day for 30 days
Four 30 minute workouts a week for 4 weeks
