Frustration

I am very frustrated. I am having a very hard month. I want to workout, but I can't find it in me to do so. I'm not sleeping well.

Today is my 4th day not smoking. It is hard. It is causing depression. I'm not happy. But I am determinded to be done with it once and for all.

So... I'm here. I'm doing a great thing... but I'm miserable right now.

    Sometimes you've got to just focus on one health aspect at a time... otherwise things start to get overwhelming. emoticon I think kicking the smoking habit is such a great feat.... Stick with it, girl. The first few days are always the hardest!

    So sorry you're having a hard time of it. Perhaps just focus on not smoking now and give yourself a break on other things that you think you should be doing. One day at a time - you can do this!

    emoticon You can do it! I am sure it is extremely hard right now. Don't lose the fight though! I know this is something you have wanted to do for a long time now and you are going to be so happy once you get past this hard time. And I understand completely the wanting to work out, but not finding it in yourself to actually do it. I have struggled with that so much lately. Not exactly sure why. Even just this week I have gotten such a slow start and added to it by falling asleep this morning after I got my daughter off to work. I am frustrated, but determined to make my goal of 500 fitness minutes for the week. So (hold me accoutable on this) I am going to hit the gym and Zumba class right after work. Then I am going to take one of those little shots of 5 Hour Energy and get through my chores that all have to be done tonight before our weekend guest arrives. I have to do this for myself!

It sounds HARD. Good for you in taking the step in finally putting it behind you! Four days is awesome! Each day not smoking has a huge list of benefits. Can imagine 4 days you are much healthier already.

I hope you can find a way to get a workout in! I am sure it will help you feel better. Keep going girl. You are worth it. I know it will get easier. emoticon
