I have to admit, I watch a lot of television. It's something I'm trying to work on, cutting back.

But, I'm also trying to work on the types of shows I watch. I love the Food Network, but I think it's probably detrimental to my healthy eating plan. Seeing all the wonderful foods generally makes me think I'm hungry. And let's face it, usually the foods that are showcased are not the healthiest choices. Nor could I eat them anyway, because of the butter/cream/cheese/milk that is added.

But, I definitely enjoy watching "I Used to be Fat", on MTV, and "Extreme Weightloss" with trainer Chris Powell. It's hard to eat junk food when you're watching people work their butts off! I don't feel ready to push that hard with workouts, but maybe one day I'll get there.

Now, off the to gym!
