I met a coworker and a friend at the campus gym today.
Let's just say that even as I type this blog post, my biceps are shaking. It was a serious arm overload!!
My triceps were a little sore from yesterday's rowing machine. But I didn't expect today's arm workout to kill me like it did.
I ran my mile on the treadmill as I normally do (shaved 48 seconds off of that time.) Then went into doing biceps curls, dumbbell bench press, standing overhead triceps extensions, toilet seats, calf raises and then some crunches on the BOSU.
Anyway it was a great workout and I was sweating like a beast. Even though my arms may be a little shaky the rest of the day, I like knowing that I apparently pushed them to the point of exhaustion today.
I'm gonna dread tomorrow I do believe.
