Its about sticking to your new eating habits and making the right choices even if others try to tell you... it won't matter. It will!
When you want something bad enough you are focused like a hawk... nothing or no one, can push you off track. When it comes to meal time and someone crinkles their nose at my food or says "that wont last... you might as well eat what you want .. you only live once." That may be true, but I want to LIVE my only life to the fullest and that means being in the BEST shape of my life.
I notice at times the harder I work at losing weight, or the more I show improvement some people around me will try to throw obstacles in my way. Prepare for these moments... and have a plan. You have to be mentally strong to lose weight... its not only you against the scale.. but also you against the naysayers and non-believers.
Stand your ground.
