I was given some homemade pesto by my friend in AZ who grows the most amazing vegetables in cold frames, considering she lives in the middle of the desert. I decided to put it on chicken and roast italian veggies to go with it. I used the last of the zucchini and squash she gave and the sprinkled them and the sweet potatoes with her fresh rosemary.
It also gave an opportunity to play with the small food processor I picked up in Walmart the other day. My bigger one is down south and I missed having one.
