i have had another day of staying on plan. i am becoming more aware of the foods i put in my body and the way they make me feel.
i have got on some weight watchers threads and am following the beck diet solution. it is awesome for helping you to deal with your emotions and helping you control your eating. the message boards are a tremendous help. other people are writing in and saying things that help them. i have wrote down some of the quotes and read them before i get off work.
this approach is really helping.
