Interesting topic today, as I am watch SparkCoach, I am eating a piece of Pizza ! :o]
Guess it's obvious I don't classify foods as good or bad. I firmly believe that you can eat anything you want in moderation (now I just have to get the moderation part down). One should never deny themselves of any food. While it is true that some foods are 'healthier' for you than others, denial of any food leads to desperation for that food.
As long as I log everything I eat, healthy or unhealthy and stay within all my goals, I'm okay. I just have to remember, that eating too much of those 'unhealthy' foods is going to result in a negative effect on my weight loss. Obviously 1200 calories of fatty, starchy foods is not a good thing.
It's funny that I know all this, but I just can't seem to adhere to this thinking. In three months I have only lost 5 pounds, obviously I need to do better.
