After moving to Ohio from Kansas I kind of fell off the fitness band wagon. While I am proud, as well as completely surprised, I have not gained back the weight I lost. However, I have not lost any more weight either.
We moved in for a month with a friend so working out was a little hard. Even having a schedule of any kind was a little hard. Sardines in a can! Then when we got our own place I missed the elliptical at the club house I use to use. Come Christmas I have an elliptical and got started on breaking it in...until I was hospitalized for my gallbladder. Once removed it took about 6 weeks before I was able to do any type of physical activity without worrying about the surgery.
Now my work has a fitness challenge going for 4 months so I'm getting back in the groove. While it's a little slow at first and not as long of exercising like I use to...at least I'm doing something. This week may only be 15 mins on the elliptical but next week will be 20 and so on until I'm at 45 minutes to an hour. I'm slowly becoming determined again and watching what I eat a lot more closely.
