Review, and recommit

I have been reviewing the my original goals from when I started the journey, this year. My December 29th journal entry was so clear and concise. But it appears life has gotten in the way. So I have decided to recommit. I don't want to gain the weight back, and I do want to increase my health, so I am restarting my goals, and here they are:
1-until next Wednesday, I will do 125 ounces of water, and get in 30 minutes of exercise per day. Still trying for 1000 per month
2-from the 24th to the 31st, I will continue the above goals, and add in my 5 freggies.
3-from the 1st through the 7th, I will stick to my 1500 calories per day, while maintaining my other goals.
4-8th, through the end of the month, same goals as above, but add in 10 extra minutes, for a total of 40.
that takes me through the 2 months, We will see where I end in August.
