Week two...

So I have made big changes in my life. Trying to eat better.... Not clean eating yet but making progress towards it. Chicken, rice, small amounts of cheese, wheat tortillas, so on and so forth. I have found a love for fish... White fish, cod, snapper... those are the ones I like so far. All baked, never fried. All water... 2 sodas a week max. I only had one last week. I had half a margarita. Not worth it anymore to me.

Gym is going great! I find myself doing 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of lifting and trying to add 10 more minutes of cardio at the end... Small steps considering I was not doing that much before. Not sure if this is right or if I should do more but it feels good.

Tell me what you are doing. What do you love in your new lifestyle you didn't know you did or you are glad you are doing more. I love walking the dog now. It is nice to get away and enjoy that time. Went swimming for the first time in over a year and missed that a lot. Loved it...

    Cod and Tilapia are my favorite fish!! I used to never like it, until I started eating healthy. It's amazing the things you can discover!!
