I have had tonnes of energy this past week, my body is toning up nicely and my training is going well. I am also sleeping well.
I came across chi running, I have read about it and it looks interesting. I am still sticking to turbulence training but will incorporate chi running at some point down the road, probably before the end of the summer. Anyone tried chi running? thoughts on it?
