Wednesday Wonderings

Wednesday, July 17, 2013

I am still pretty sore today, but I'm hoping to walk on the treadmill. I don't think that I will run or do any of the inclines, but I will be moving.

I have learned a few things about myself.
-I am lazier than previously thought. (can change)
-I am not a fan of raw veggies (very few exclusions)
-I get depressed/upset very easily (focus on the positive)

I had a decent breakfast this morning. In fact, I was so full, I didn't eat my planned banana. I did substitute some cherries so that I could still get some fruit in my breakfast. Instead of making my egg muffins in a muffin tin, I poured the mixture into a 9x13 pan and then cut the pieces to fit my English muffin. It was so much easier and so much easier to clean up. I hate cleaning muffin tins. I believe I will have steamed chicken again for lunch but I'm not sure what veggies I will eat. I really don't like salad, so I will find some vegetables that I can steam or roast. The farmer's market is open tonight, but I'm not sure if there is anything I really "need" right now. I know if I go there will be items that I want. I shall wait and see.

Time to try and get busy and stay away from the computer. (It is way too consuming to always check facebook, pinterest, amazon free books, and sparkpeople, even though things don't change all that much.)

Hope everyone is having a wonderful Wednesday!

emoticon I do the same thing when I am around the computer! If it is on, I will check everything! It is an addiction. I guess there are worse vices to have though.
About the depressed/upset very easily thing - part of being a human with emotions and hormones....can't really be helped except like you said, stay focused on the positives (and that is not always easy). Hang in there girlfriend!
