Hold on! I am between the Spring and Summer challenge!

I recently wrote a blog with my Summer goals, thinking the challenge started this Saturday...but it does not start until July 27th. Oh, oh.... emoticon Guess who has been off track...on to the sugar train. there has been candy, cookies, ice cream emoticon emoticon emoticon

Weighing myself this morning.......gained.....1/2 pound. Well we know what that means. I did not pay now so when I am eating super healthy, exercising like crazy.....the scale won't move down. In fact, it may move up. It is the karma of life. emoticon

My "diet" is to stay in calorie range, allowing a treat here and there....but not everywhere! So I am back to complete food tracking. Fill up more with fruit, veggies, and water. emoticon emoticon emoticon

This is better for my health, lowering arthritis inflammation, helping my asthma. It helps me get out to walk the dog emoticon emoticon ...and dance!

    Your doing emoticon you have spotted the problem and dealing with it. Tracking can be a pain but it is worth it, I write mine down so I can do it as I eat something. A small notebook that can sit by my side ready to record my daily food is easier for me than tracking here on SP every day.

    Love your blog. It really does help to track. It keeps me straight. I went to Steak N Shake on Sunday night after church and I thought, OK, I can have a steak burger and fries...that won't be too bad. So, the question, how do I track this. Well, Steak N Shake is out there on the tracker. That steak burger and fried...almost 900 calories! But, I was,even though it was sooo hard, I was honest and put that on my tracker. Wow! I just wanted to hide. I was able to see it...written down....and that helped me. From now on, I will plan better. I wish you success. I will be thinking about you. Hope you have a great day.
