I'm having a debate with myself today. I logged just over 50 miles (walking or jogging) for the month of June and about the same for the month of May. Here it is only the 17th of July and I've already pretty much reached the same distance.
Do I just keep at it this way without a definite plan for a total mileage goal for the month of July...
..do I make a goal to try and hit 100 miles?
I'll be thinking through this one today.
