-Sitting there bored out my mind, I stand up and go make food or grab the quickest thing that can be eaten the soonest.
-Something went wrong, I'm feeling sad and frustrated. Go into the freezer and take out a pizza that feeds 3 people....Eat it by myself
-Argument with someone. Pop something in the microwave that is full of fat and high in calorie.
-Feeling lonely. Grab a bag of chips(family sized) and watch movie. Half way through the movie the bag is empty.
These are some of the mindless eating that I realized that I do quite frequently. I stepped on the scale today. I'm up 2 more lbs. Weighing in at a whopping 328. I am up 4 lbs since I limited the amount of soda I drink.(3 days ago) I haven't had any actually. Keeping that way. I been snacking way more though. So, my next step is to pay attention to my mindless snacking. For me it'll cut out at least 1,000 Calories.
