My husband has joined me on my 10 day challenge. Last night, we walk/ran for 64 minutes- and he just kept pushing me. At the time, I got annoyed- it was hot and I had aheadache from not eating til 3 for my physical appt and bloodwork...but I went along. Standing at the scale this morning, I wanted to cry in happiness. I am at a new low weight where I have not been for a very long time. I know my weight will cycle and it will bounce back up- it always does every week- but I am happy to have it the low number on my official weigh in day so I could "count" it- it is the motivation I need to keep pushing!
For the first time in a long time, my husband and I are working together and really encouraging each other on getting healthier. ( I think his family stresses him out, too!) Usually, we get competitive and then I just give up. He will push me too hard and then I just quit. He is so much more disciplined than I am, and his body responds so much quicker than mine does- I am a turtle to the max!! We are great partners in most of the other areas of life- and I am enjoying exercising and dieting with him because it gives us something- apart from the kids and the house- to work on together!
Today is Day 3 and I will recap my progress each day!

-30 minutes of cardio
-Tracy Anderson Beginner Arm Workout

7/16 Day 2- 160.0
7/17 Day 3- 157.8 in small ketosis
