So busy lately! I'm taking a class for my sonography (ultrasound) program that meets Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30pm-8:30pm every week for 7 weeks. We have a quiz or a test (or a quiz and a test) every class. So I'm constantly studying. But I'm eating better! Unfortunately I'm having trouble finding time to exercise. But I'm back on track now! Everyday I am COMMITTED to doing at least 20 minutes of aerobics, yoga, or strength training or cardio /strength training. My mood is improving overall now that I feel like I have a purpose and Shawn is being so supportive! He's totally changed how he's treating me which is a welcome relief. It helped that I sat him down and talked to him about it. Plus when I stated "I don't have time to do your dishes " he seemed to get that it's not my responsibility. The best news is that I'm doing really well in my class so far! I have a test tomorrow so that will tell me how well I'm doing lol. I hope everyone is doing well and I'll catch up with everyone on Friday and over the weekend!
