Eating Healthy Every Day

I am having a hard time eating all the nutrients I need and eating enough calories. I'm taking in way too much sodium compared to everything else. I wish I could eat healthier and more fresh foods, but I am making it work with what I have. I would say it's not the worst I could do. Hopefully after I graduate and have an actual career I can afford all the food I need.
Until then, I'm working on it. I find it hard to make myself exercise every day, too. I do want to, and I have time, but I choose sleep over exercise. I'm so exhausted all the time that I would just rather sleep.
