Getting the day off to a great start with a super healthy breakfast. It's hard to believe I am eating this instead of my usual peanut butter, banana, honey on whole wheat sandwich that I've had almost every single day over the past 4 years, that I SO love!
Despite the pain, I got out and walked 4.2 miles this morning in the muggy, hot 90 degree weather. About the last mile, my sciatica finally eased up, or got numb, or whathave you. Regardless, it feels so much better, I noticed as I got up and down easily from a chair at breakfast. If it seizes up again through the day, I will resort to some exercises for that in my central A/C.
Sciatica has eased up.
Walk is done for the day.
Execute healthy meal plan.
